HOW WE START FUNCTIONING
ON RECEIPT OF DEMAND OF MANPOWER FROM OUR PRINCIPALS:
- We search our panel of candidates to meet exact job specification
- In case of suitable candidates are not in the panel advertise vacancy in local news paper and social media with the permission from ministry of expatriate welfare and foreign employment
- Screen large volume of application to make a short list
- Interview by experts to shorten-list
- Practical technical tests in workshop / site / testing centre
- Final interview by the employer or his authorized representative if and when required
- Complete medical examinations including x-rays, blood and urine tests by the authorized medical centre’s
- Send particulars to employer/representative for necessary employment visas.
- Obtain visas on the passport of selected employees as per employers NOC
- Complete of immigration formalities from the government of Bangladesh before dispatch workers to their employer destination
