Training Centre

To be a partner with the rapid growth in the world development and to meet great demand for skilled workers, MBH has placed much emphasis on the training of skilled manpower both for home and international businesses.

MBH has been and is proud to support this national endeavor and established a state of art modern Technical Training Centre in Dhaka which is approved by the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment, Government of Bangladesh. It is also recognized by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) supported by UKaid, Swiss development Cooperation (SDC), British Council and Sudukkho to take intensive course of theoretical and practical training. Workers are carefully placed in selected positions so that they can fully utilize their training skill while performing their jobs practically at the site. Their certificates are widely accepted worldwide

 

Facilities available at the training center for spoken English, Arabic and other related Foreign Languages. We also offer trade and vocational courses and training for the following specific skills: 

 

Mason, Welder, Plasterer, Painter, Shattering Carpenter, Rebar, Plumber, Rod Binder, Rigger, Pipe Fitter      Tiles Fitter, Brick Layer, Scaffolding, Garments Manufacturing, Electrician / Technicians

- Refrigerator / Air Conditioner

- Maintenance & Operation of Electrical Equipment

- Furniture Making etc.

 

Orientation courses are conducted as per social, environmental and legal requirements of the country of employment for all trainees before their departure.

 

Experienced tutors are engaged for theoretical & practical training on particular skill. Continuous assessments are made and periodical tests are taken of every worker.

 

- Skill in basic Civil & Construction works

- Skill in electrical works

- Skill in Mechanical works including welding & Plumbing

- Aluminum and Glass fixing

- Carpentry, Painting & Polishing

- Specific Training (such as factory worker) as per requirements of employers

- General Vocational Training

- Maid Training for domestic and household works including uses of modern electrical equipments for cooking and cleaning.
